We are also carrying out contactless hand deliveries (same day where possible) within a 10 mile radius of Herne Bay. Similarly, we are happy to extend our returns policy - if you live locally we will also collect anything you wish to return. Our main priority is keeping our customers safe.

Orders over the value of £50 will be trackable and require a signature upon receipt.

Please note, If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.

For small or large items, we can quote you a postage cost relevant to your parcel size.
You may return your online order for any reason within 7 days of purchase for an exchange, gift vouchers or refund.
Return the product to us in perfect condition (unused and in original packaging) together with an explanatory covering note stating whether you would like an exchange, gift vouchers or refund. Please ensure you also provide a contact telephone number and if available an email address.

We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any package.
Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
